VW 2003 Caravelle camper turbo deisel

VW 2003 Turbo Diesel auto. Automatic transmission was replaced a year ago. There are faults in all these auto transmissions & will cost around $5,000, to repair. This has been done, huge advantage. Very economical. Has computer chip, for more power & better economy. Fue consumption is About 9.3lt/100 klm around town 8.8ltr /100klm highway driving. Super economical for a van. Very comfortable, being a caravelle & well insulated with a fully lined rear interior. So its warm,when cold, & cool when hot. No echoing sounds, when driving, like uninsulated vans. It has a dvd screen in rear, if you have the player unit.
HAs airbags for both Driver & passenger, which is a great comfort to have.
Vans been serviced approx 3,000 klm ago & is registered until end of May 2015. There is a small scrap on the left hand side sliding door. There is some paint fade, on a section of the roof. No peeling or anything small shade difference, which would most probably polish & buff out. Theres no rust, whatsoever & its a nice van. I've had it for a few years.
Its very reliable. It will need 2 new year tyres as well.
Set up with a double bed in the back, its very comfortable. So much room in the back. Its a LWB, so its 3000 long in the rear section & with the raised roof, its so much room. All storage area under the bed, for surfboards, fishing gear, camping gear, clothes, food etc. I've bought a 4wd for a trip to the Cape, hence the sale.
The van is in Byron Bay for viewing, a friend of mine is making use of the van, whilst its for sale.
