VW T4 VR6 CARAVELLE AUTO
This is a genuine VR6 engined Caravelle, its not the V6 engine it is the VR6 model. There are only around 66 of these still registered on the roads so quite rare nowadays.
It is the short wheel base model.
Its a genuine unmolested VR6 Caravelle, would make a great base for a conversion or project or equally it is ready to use as everyday transport.
Condition wise its an 18 year old family vehicle so it is not immaculate, that being said it is far from being a shed too. It has some minor bodywork imperfections, mainly car park type dings and light scratches, nothing major. Interior is nice and tidy considering its had 18 years use. Theres some small bits of trim missing here and there, nothing that noticeable. This is due to it having been a disabled adapted vehicle in the past so it had a power side door, and a wheelchair ramp etc, there are some signs of where these adaptations were made but not very noticeable.
It is mot'd and in overall good nick. Tyres are good with life left in them.
Theres currently 7 seats fitted but there is also a spare single seat so can be an 8 seater or a combination depending how you want it. Passenger seat also swivels round to face the rear passengers if required.
Faults worth mentioning are the crusie control isnt working, this may just be a fuse I've just never checked as it doesnt bother me. And there is a slight hesitation/delay going from 2nd to 3rd gear on the auto box, this hasnt got any worse and again hasnt bothered me. I've made 400 mile round trips with no issues.
I'm open to a possible p/x or swap, a crew type van big enough to take 5 passengers and 5 mountain bikes would interest me but I'll consider anything, car, motorbike, van etc try me.
I'm selling as I fancy a change and have another two 7 seaters so this one isnt getting much use at the minute.
