Volkswagen: Golf MK3 GOLF GL

For sale is my bone stock Silver Arrow 1998 MK3 Volkswagen Golf GL with only 67k original miles. It is a 5spd. manual transmission. Oil change done back in October.
Pros:
- Low mileage for a mk3 golf
- Interior is in mint condition and no cracks in the dash
- Starts right up every time and runs strong
- Exterior in very nice condition with minimal issues
- Would make a great daily/ beater if you put some work into t or just use it as a parts car.
- Clear Title
Cons:
- Rust issue on the frame, brakes, steelies and around the gas cap, driver side strut is starting to rust and there's is some rust on the rockers but the floor panels are solid
- There is a noise coming from one of rear wheels when braking
- Minor scratches and dings in the body but that's expected for a 17 year old car
- It runs and drives but you have to be leery of the rust issue while driving it. (noise that comes from the front drivers wheel area, I think its the strut that needs to be replaced but not a 100% certain and then there a grinding noise that comes from one of the rear brakes due to the rust and probably just needs to be driven more so the rust will grind down)
This car is originally from Pennsylvania and winters there are pretty bad and during the winters they put salt down on the roads so that is the reason why there is rust underneath the car.
It's a very nice car but just suffers from typical mk3 rust issues.
