Mk4 golf 1.4 16v only 85,000miles / 12 months MOT / full service history

For sale my Mk4 golf 1.4 16v low miles 85000 its also got 11 months MOT its got full service history just about to be serviced so will be all done for the new owner has been done annually and has had the all important cambelt changed twice in its life, unlike most examples that wouldn't have had it done as its a costly job but a must, you can see in the pictures of the service history that it has run out of space for stamps its had so many services, i have all the hand book manuals and 2 keys including the plastic key in case you need a new key made, its fitted with an Cat 1 after market alarm system that operates the central locking also this was £450 and is a good feature and good for insurance reasons, i also have a spare set of winter wheels with genuine original VW trims x4 with winter tyres all with loads of tread as i have the 15" VW alloy wheels fitted as in the pictures so both will come with the car if required, brand new Sony CD headunit with USB/AUX £110 only purchased a few months ago.
All in all this is a very nice reliable car great on fuel low insurance and tax and with low miles great history and low amount of owners, it is of course not a new car so has its scratches and some little dents here and there but for me it was the history and miles that is important! only reason for selling is that i have been offered a friends car for good money so this needs to be sold, its a genuinely great example drives very smooth effortless over bumps not knocks just smooth everything works.
