VW Golf GT tdi 140 - Spares or Repair

This car is for spares or repair, the cam belt has skipped the cog and requires either an engine rebuild or engine replacement which i would happily do if i had a garage and the time but unfortunately I don't but it has recently had 1 injector change and new throttle body.There are a couple of scuffs on the front drivers side bumper and rear passengers side which are very easily repairable and a little rip in the rear seat from a baby seat but otherwise the car is in great condition and has been very looked after so would be a great project for someone.
