Description
Selling my Irish registered Mk5 Golf. Owned the car for over a year now and moved over to the UK 2 weeks ago, ended up buying a English registered Mk6 Golf so the Mk5 has to go.
2006
1.9tdi 105bhp remapped by the previous owner but I have no proof of that all though it does seems a lot quicker.
Has a Gti front bumper with Gti grill and black VW badge.
Honey comb fog surrounds with new fogs lamps. Just waiting for the drivers side one to be delivered. Yellow fog bulbs.
The headlights are fogged up and do need a good clean. Yellow lights in them.
R32 side skirts they are marked and do need a respray.
R32 back bumper, has a straight through exhaust going into 3" twin pipe very nice chooo out of her.
The rear window has has the back wiper removed looks nice.
Also has an extender roof spoiler.
All windows are tinted.
Windbreakers.
Lowered on coilovers. Car can go alot lower.
It got brand new front rubber top mounts and the rear rubber mounts to sit onto of the spring.
There just under 200 thousand kms which is roughly 130 thousand miles which I think is relatively good for the age of the car.
Within the last 3months I have put in brand new front brake pads and discs. And rear pads there was no need to replace the rear discs at the time.
Also them car had a new fuel filter housing and most intercooler pipes and clips replaced by VW Main Dealer.
CAR IS IRISH REGISTERED! FORMS HAVE BEEN FILLED IN AND SENT TO THE DVLA TODAY TO CHANGE THE CAR ONTO ENGLISH PLATES! HAVE BEEN TOLD IT MAY TAKE UPTO 2 WEEKS!
Now sitting on brand new 18" bola alloys with brand new tyres!!!!
Now for the bad points the are two lights up in the dash one is the abs which is the passenger side wire is broke and there is a steering wheel light up not sure about that at the minute. Also there is a slight knocking sounds coming from the front passenger side coilover. Think the springs need replacing.
