Description
For sale is my much loved Mk2 Golf. I am selling due to the purchase of another vehicle that has a better fuel economy for commuting, this has left me with very little space keep this car. The car is listed for £2,000. However I am open to offers but cannot do part ex. Any questions or offers please message me on 07496 045 333. Viewings welcome.
I have owned this car for a few years now, and its not to say it has not had its ups and downs. over the years there have been various mods mods to the car.
-Running on Avo GT Coilovers with adjustable Height/damping/rebound.
-256mm brakes.
-4 branch exhaust manifold and stainless system.
-50mm inlet manifold. (standard 42mm available)
-Power steering model.
-Electric windows fitted.
-G60 front arches (standard arches also supplied)
-Larger front speaker pod upgrade (standard supplied also)
-Quad Headlight grille (also a 2 headlight grille supplied)
-Supplied with the 5 spoke rims in picture 1.
Possibly other parts that are non-standard that i have forgotten about.
A couple of bad points
-There is a slight rough idle issue upon start up, however this goes away one warmed up and runs fine. It is a hunting issue that I have not had chance to get around to sorting it.
-Currently no radiator fan as i have been supplied a radiator that is of a different size, the fan is included however it does not fit. a replacement radiator can be picked up for around £20 that this fan would fit, however it has not had any overheating issues without the fan, but then I rarely sat in heavy traffic.
-Mileage reads 166,000 however these have been replaced due to a malfunction with previous dials. Although this is close to the actual mileage of the vehicle.
-Front splitter has a cracked part. (in photos, the car has since been raised in height)
-Drivers seat slightly damaged due to age.
Possibly others but nothing major. I have tried to be as honest as possible with this. however there may be parts i have missed. There are loads of spares with the car if you wish to take them also. Anything from spare interior switches to filters. Also available are engines parts and a steering parts.
