2005 october VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTI BLUE

enginethe car was bought in 2009 from car giant, a few months later car was stolen but police recovered it a day or two later,thief took spare key from garage in Northampton and parked it a few miles away in Daventry no damage was done at the time of theft. stole my passport which was in it and change. niece (7 years of old at the time) took a blade and sliced the passenger seat as you could see from pics, ( i am told its repairable with leather glue). As wife was main user car has a few scratches here and there and the nearside passenger door has bee resprayed, engine was damaged and i tried to repair at two different garages , at a cost of 4000 but sadly could not. the car was off road for 3 years as both of us then went abroad. I have Put A new Engine in the car last time I was in the country which was in November 2013. used it for a few months and then left. came back in December and started using it after getting it MOTed in February and was using car locally , where I noticed a noise and was told the timing belt tensioner needs replacing.
a few of days ago someone removed the glass from driver side by bending the black plate on door,
yanked the bonnet release latch until it broke,
removed both headlamps
and fog lights
and front grille.
the car needs new radio.
-needs new headlamps
-fog lights
glass on wing mirror nearside needs replacing.
-tensioner needs to be looked at.
-needs touching up here and there. the off side bumper is dented.
scuffs on wheels.
-off side wing has rust on it ,
-exhaust manifold blowing causing engine warning light to come on.
You need to spend around 800 to 1000 to get car to look and drive the way it should.I have a mechanic friend who could get these done for you around the price mark I mentioned. but I have not got the time or inclination to carry on spending any more money on the car as I am leaving the country again and won't be back for a couple of years, it will be parked at my aunts drive causing them unnecessary grief as they already have three cars at the house.
The colour is very nice and turns heads.
the new engine is behaving as it should.
got mot and some service history.
3 owners now because i had to put the car on my name as wife is still abroad.
buy it for asking price and with some tlc the car will look triple that.. I have tried to as descriptive as I can about condition of vehicle. if you need more photos or information please message or call my mobile.
