2001 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF GTI TURBO SILVER 3DR

Hi, I have owned this car for over 5 years, VW enthusiast owned - we have done roughly 30k but now its time to move on.
MAINTENANCE
The car has service history and since owning it, I've purchased parts and fitted them myself and kept the purchase receipts or had a garage take over.
Cambelt & water-pump was replaced just before I picked the car up at 97k.
Replaced rear bushes, front wishbones and ball joints.
Regular oil changes, at the right intervals.
I recently replaced all the coil packs with Bosch coils.
The gearbox was replaced in November 2015, along with the clutch and DMF.
Recently replaced the front disks and pads, the pads are EBC green-stuff.
Last month replaced all 4 tyres with Michelin pilot sports
The car was under sealed before winter last year
The car drives and stops like no other mk4 GTI I have driven - comes with BOTH keys.
THINGS TO FIX
The clocks LCD screens where the mileage and clock is displayed has become dim and is no longer readable, I have not looked into this as its not bothered me.
The car comes with a DJ SS cassette tape, a drum and bass DJ from back in the 90's? not 100% sure however the tape will not come out - tried everything.
Apart from the above, everything works spot on.
JUST BECAUSE
Fitted the aluminium dashboard and door inserts, used to be wood
R-line OEM floor matts from an R32
R-line aluminium gear stick
Eibach -10mm springs all round
W12 night light and loom
R32 illuminated dash vents
OEM centre armrest
Stainless steel air filter pipe (comes with the car), removed as the filter expired - a fresh standard air-filter/box is currently on the car
BODYWORK
Slight bubbling on the front arches
Couple of stone chips on the bonnet
