I’ve had the car for about 4 years and done around 40k, I’m selling as I need a five door due to a baby on the way.. Fuel consumption wise I use an app to track all the cars fill ups, dates and car mileage - since 19th April 2012 this car has averaged 52.5 mpg!

The car does need some attention, I’m not in the market to rip anyone off so I’m going to list everything wrong with the car so I don’t waste yours or my time.

The body work is bad, Rust has formed around the passenger side rear window, rust is also present in the drives side door shut and a few spots above the windscreen, the car was ‘keyed’ all down the driver’s side at some point in its life – however it’s not down to bare metal, The bonnet is covered in stone chips as this was a motorway car for a large part of its life. There are lots of age related marks all over the car – however not many if any dents.

The engine is fantastic! It pulls really well with lots of low down grunt which really puts you back in your seat, the clutch seams good – however the Duel mass flywheel sometimes makes a judder (on tick over only) the car has covered 187k but don’t let this put you off as I've been told these engines go on and on.

The windscreen wipers require some attention as they do not always turn off when you want them too.

The interior is worn as expected for the age of the car, a new parcel shelf is required as the string on the current one has broken.
