We had all the front end painted back in july due the the front wings starting to rust (common on the mk5 golf & I have the pictures to show this) This was done at a cost of £800 by Performance Porsche in Brighouse.
We had the haldex serviced last month by a independent vw specialist and its booked in again on the 28th of jan for a full service. I'm happy to drop the price if someone wants to buy it before hand and have it serviced at a place of there choice for there own piece of mind, Ive been quoted £255 @ IVC in leeds.
I welcome anyone to come view it, we spent weeks & weeks trying to find a good one. Looked at about 5 others before this one, we've had it around 16 months now & its been a pleasure.
Its a shame we have to part with it, its been a loverly car and an absolute pleasure to own it. My other half only uses it to go on the school run or calls to her mothers now and then and its not very "cost effective" to be doing this. We've covered around 3000 miles in the time that we have owned it!
Lastly: The private plate will be removed and will return to its orginal plate (EK06ZFV)
