2012 volkswagen jetta se 2.5l.Well Maintained/Runs Great!!!

We purchased this vehicle in April of 2018 for our daughter. Since this was the car she drove for college,it was mechanically maintained meticulously. This car needs absolutely nothing, mechanically speaking. We have done all the recommended maintenanceand have always conducted any and all needed repairs. All mechanical work has been conducted by a trustedlocal certified Volkswagen repair shop. The a/c on this car blows very cold and works as should. Cosmetically speaking the paint is overall ingood shape and still has a great shine to it, but does have some minor cosmeticissues. Cosmetic issues include, someminor dings and paint chips throughout. Also, the front and rear bumper have areas where the clear coat ispeeling. To my knowledge, the paint isfactory paint, so I would assume this is a factory paint defect. The driver’s side mirror was replaced when wepurchased the car and the paint has faded some since. The rear spoiler was also installed after wepurchased the car. It is aftermarket andalready came painted. The paint on thespoiler is fading as well. The car is accident free and has a clean carfax report. The tires are in great shapeand have lots of tread life left. Theyhave approximately 10,000 miles of use. The interior is in excellent shape andeverything works as should. Theupholstery is not torn or stained. Thecarpet has no stains but does have a small cosmetic tear on the driver’s side,but it is covered by floor mats so it’s unnoticeable. The floor mats are factory Jetta floor matsso they have a custom fit. The driverseat leather has two scratched on the leather approximately two incheslong. The wheels are relatively new andwhere purchased in 2019. Two of thewheels do have minor curb scuff marks. In my experience purchasing late model vehicles, it is important to bemindful of the unexpected costs incurred for repairs due to a lack ofmaintenance or disclosure. To myknowledge, this car has no needed repairs at this time and so therefore youshould not have any added costs if purchasing it. The only reason we are selling this car isbecause she has since graduated and has purchased a new car. Please contact me for additional photos and current carfax report.
