KOMBI VW 1962 Split 11 window bus

1962 split 11 window Kombi in need of full restoration, has been stripped back to bare metal and left in the weather at some stage prior to me purchasing it.Rust in the usual places, with doglegs, lower nose and sills all in need of replacement and some repairs to floors and all doors needed. Engine cover is pretty ordinary.
Roof is in good shape despite surface rust.
Not complete but comes with all glass, front seat, front bumper, gauges and some other bits and pieces (handles, latches etc.)
I also have spare door tops for front doors (rust free) and a couple of spare side pop out windows.
No motor but gearbox with reduction hubs is in place.
I have tried to describe the condition warts and all the best I can, it's a fairly solid bus and will make a good starting point for a project.
Inspections welcome.
No time wasters please, you are bidding to buy not to look and decide later.
