2009 PASSAT CC GT TDI CR ~ 170 bhp ~ Manual ~ 6 gears

We now need to sell our much loved and stunning 170bhp CC GT with an amazing specification and numerous optional extras (see below) as we need an estate and have our new car arriving in March. The car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY and had only one previous owner to me (purchased May 2012) and is in the optional Silver Leaf metallic (a rare colour, brighter than the standard VW Reflex Silver) with contrasting black upgraded Nappa leather seats, with brushed aluminium trim.

The car has been loved and cared for and is in excellent condition for its year and mileage. I have owned the car since June 2012 and has been used daily to commute mostly on motorways and ‘A’ roads. The car drives very smoothly and quietly and feels like a car with significantly less miles. I tend to average between 46 & 50 mpg depending on conditions, although on a run I have achieved in excess of 60mpg. We regularly travel on longer journeys and the car is incredibly comfortable.

The original purchaser specified numerous extras (cost £000’s!) and the car has the following options over the standard specification:

~ Air conditioned front leather sport seats - the leather seats pump warm or cold air through tiny holes in the leather (see photo), fantastic in the summer and winter. Never seen this option on any other CC!

The car looks fantastic for its year and the exterior is in very good condition. There is no rust, scratches or dents. The only points to note that I’m aware of is that the windscreen has been chipped by a stone but has been professionally repaired and there is some light kerbing to a couple of the alloy wheels, but these points to not really detract from the overall fantastic condition. There are the inevitable stone chips on the front which I have touched up but I’m sure you will be delighted with the overall condition bearing in mind this is a used car - not a new car. The interior again is in very good condition with the leather seats showing little wear and very clean and tidy. The floor has been protected by genuine VW floor mats which are included. Being a 4 seater, there are two (heated) seats in the rear separated by a central console/drinks holder.

The car was last serviced by a quality independent garage, SH Autos, in December at 101,000 miles. The car comes with a full service history and since June 2012 (43,000 miles) all invoices and MOT’s. The original manual pack including the service pack is included. In January 2016 the turbo was replaced at 102,000 miles, again by SH Autos at a cost of £880 (invoice included and still under their warranty), so you have the comfort of knowing this expensive item has already been replaced. The car comes complete with the two original keys.

The car is available for viewing/inspection prior to sale, which I would recommend, to demonstrate its condition. However, if you do require a test drive I will need proof in advance you are insured ‘fully comprehensive’ to drive the car.

The MOT is due to expire at the end of April 16 but I will ensure the car is sold with a new MOT, so you have the benefit of a FULL 12 months’ MOT.

I’m sure the buyer will not be disappointed with this genuine and well looked after car. The car is still in daily use so the mileage will increase.

I will require a £50 deposit to remove the car from sale (just to prove you are serious – sorry but we both know there are timewasters out there) and will expect the sale to be completed by the following Sunday. I will only accept bank transfer or cash - sorry no cheques etc. Please note the car is advertised elsewhere and I reserve the right to end the listing early.
