1971 VW Squareback Type 3, for sale by owner

Volkswagen Squareback. 1971 VW Squareback, Type 3, Type III This car was my daily driver for many years in the bay area but is now retired in Tucson, AZ. This past June, we had it converted from fuel injection to carburetor ( EMPI Progressive 2 Barrel Carb-Manifold) as recommended by the mechanic here. ( included tune up, adj valves, points, adj fuel mixture )
Asking $7300 OBO, no trade please.
Cons : Probably need a new battery, clutch work, rear mirror ( see photo ), roof liner, door trims, dent on rear bumper, battery floorboard is corroded, need a new set of windshield wipers, rock chip on windshield on passenger side, Odometer does not work ( this refurbished engine probably has 60,000 miles or less, but i cannot be certain), front seats need repair or replacement.
Good : Original Am radio still works, fun to drive.
