VW super beetle superbug, tray back/ute/woody/woodie 1971

VW Super beetle 3/71 compliance plate. Originally white in colour. Modified to tray back/woody appearance approx. 10 years ago.
As new Performance Alloys - 6JJ x 15 (24P) - limited edition with useable Toyo tyres.(Replacement value approx. $1000).
Twin port engine, factory extractors as well as possible 1640 engine kit. Upgraded front and rear suspension.
Corrosion evident in the common areas for this model - certainly repairable and do-able.
Previous long term owner had gearbox fully reconditioned as part of the car's restoration.
Original front high back seats and runners - serviceable but do need re-.upholstering.
Original factory grey rubber floor covering throughout in good serviceable condition.
(Needs - new fuel pump, ignition coil - then should run. Needs two window winders and two front door cards, upholstery plus a replacement windscreen).
A unique project that needs further restoration and re-commissioning, as is, or create a more eye catching and one-off woody.
(The conversion to tray back occurred around 2005 - not known if registered after the conversion)
