He has now replaced it with a new model Touareg and I have been driving it again for the last year. It has full service history with all of the receipts from our ownership. The service light has just come on, which I will get done for the full asking price. MOT is due in December.Mechanically the car is excellent, and the bodywork is very good for the age of the vehicle. It doesn't use any oil. As you will see in some of the pictures some of the soft touch buttons in the interior are worn which is very common with VW's of this era. We actually replaced the CD headunit with a new one as this was the worst affected area. The rear centre headrest is missing, and the front central cubby box in the dash does not close properly. The driver’s door is a little clunky when closing as it got blown open in heavy wind but it still works absolutely fine. Brake pads will require changing in approximately 4000 miles. There are no rips or tears in the leather.It has 4 x matching Kumho Solus tyres which were replaced as a set about 3500 miles ago.We have 2 keys, 1 remote key and a plastic spare emergency key.The car never misses a beat and has been the best car that either myself or my Father have ever owned (hence him buying a new one!). It has always been serviced/maintained as it should be and is an awful lot of car for the money.We are also including the private plate in the sale which is worth around £500 on it's own.
