Description
For Sale is our VW Touareg V6 TDi Sport. This car was purchased by my parents from VW Hayselden Barnsley in March 2006. It was there showroom model when the Touareg was launched. The V6 Sport was well equipped but the showroom model was factory built with the following optional extras;
Diamond black pearl paintwork, Cream nappa leather upholstery, audio system 8/11 channel amplifier, CDC air suspension, bi-xenon beam dynamic cornering, heat insulated tinted glass 35% from B pillar, keyless entry and keyless start.
The interior trim is matt silver and wood.
My father as the first registered keeper until we then took ownership. It hasn't been owned by anybody else outside the family. It has a full service history, part dealer.
It comes with both sets of keys and the original instruction manual and service record. Also, a full set of winter foot well rubber mates to protect the beige carpets and a load liner for the boot. The spare wheel has never been used as too as the first aid kit and warning triangle.
The car is ten years old and so there are some defects. These include; The centre dashboard storage doesn't shut properly. There are two chip marks above each rear wheel arch. Front of car has usual chip marks that you would expect from a car of this age and mileage. The indicator lenses on door mirror is cracked and needs replacing. Various marks and scratches due to age. Alloys where painted at a cost of £ 600.00 three years ago but are now in need of refurbishing once again.
The CD Multi-changer doesn't work just need replacing. However, you can use the very good stereo system as a single CD player by ejecting the Sat Navigation CD on the dashboard. It also has a retro fitted iPod cable (not the latest connection). This was fitted by VW Doncaster.
Bluetooth enabled Parrot CK3100 is fitted.
Service is due in 800 miles but recently passed MOT without any defects. It has been looked after and is a great car.
This is an honest car and drives well. We welcome any inspections or viewings from serious buyers only. No time wasters or sales calls please.
