VW Transporter (1995) Van Manual 2.5L EFI 6 months Rego, FULL SERVICE HISTORY

This has been an incredible van for me. I have owned it for 6 years and i was lucky and found a really good one, I bought it off the original Owner all the way back from 1995, he had kept it in mint condition and fully VW serviced!The van rides, drives and performs faultlessly, gutted to be selling it but only swapping for the new transporter or would be keeping it. No expense has been spared in the 6 years I have owned it, I kept up with all the scheduled services and had the book stamped to verify. I have kept all the original manuals, invoices and garage receipts for all work done and is included in the sale.
The van has just had - last week
Major service costing $1100 with receipt to prove, new oils (dip stick showing golden brown clean oil, new filters, new sparks, new air filter cost $90 alone. EFI service - cleaned all fuel injectors and throttle bodies to get van running very economicalENGINE DE-CARB to get most power out of the engine I get this done once a year and its just been done last year.New drivebelt for power steering and air con etc..New wheel alignment and balance of all tyres2 x NEW FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERS The van has recently had - in the last year
BRAND NEW clutch - still under 2 year warrantybrand new cam belt drivebelt at time of clutch replacement Brand new water pump tie rod ends on front wheels main engine seal gasket at time of clutch only to be double sure the van will lastBrand New batterynew alternator FULL AIR CON SERVICEnew iPhone radio plus 2 x pioneer front speakers for better sound quality. front car braAs you can imagine with all the above the van runs great, starts first turn and blows no smoke, mechanic told me that these engines are bulletproof and never die. This is the 2.5litre version not the 2lt and has much more power for general driving around. brakes have just been cleaned as part of the service and have around 65% on both front and back, recent new gearbox oil when the clutch was changed and so shifts gears nicely, everything works as it should and the AIR CON BLOWS ICE COLD, no leaks from van, no strange engine noises, no dints, minor wear on body, no rust anywhere, no chips in windscreen. Very good work horse or perhaps backpacker mobile around Australia?
I have only used the van for moving light cinema equipment around in and so it has not done hard work. The low k's are mainly motorway k's too.
Fitted is a up to date iPhone and iPod connectivity radio with USB and handsfree built in. Leatherette seat covers make it look and feel better in the cab. A '8' ball gear lever is dotted just for fun but can be removed if not wanted by next owner. The sale includes the clear front indicators on the van, the FOUR x R32 VW GOLF official 18" wheels that cost $1000 just by themselves . Also i have the spare wheel and spare key fob for immobiliser alarm and spare keys to be included too.
The van has 6 months rego left and is included in the sale, I am not including an RWC as I will have to take time off work to get it. I think after all work done the only thing needed to get the RWC is one or possibly two of the rear tyres might need replacing. If the new owner really wants I can supply an RWC Roadworthy certificate for $500 on top of the final sale price to cover my time and the tyres and the cost itself.

The van also has a tow ball fitted which is super handy for trailers etc.. Currently fitted with a CAR BRA for the flies etc on motorway but can be easily removed if not wanted and so can the rear black stickers are just peel able vinyl if not wanted.
