The car is a Cat D due to the roof not aligning correctly.
This was caused by an object being left in the boot by the previous owner which obstructed the mechanism as it was closing and bent the hinge. This basically means you have to use your hand to guide the roof when you open and close it- this is very easy to do. The car has never been in an accident and I have never had any problems using the convertible roof.
