1992 Volvo 240 - Rust-Free Low-Mileage Survivor

I purchased this 240 from the mechanic who maintained it for the longtime previous owner. I couldn't resist because you never see clean low-mileage 240s anymore. The engines in these cars are bulletproof so most have so many miles that the rest of the cars are worn out. Anyway, the mechanic (a long-time Volvo expert who worked at the factory in Sweden for a while) who sold me the car did a full tune-up and installed new headlights. He also went through the brakes and said that the only thing the car could use are struts and shocks. It runs, turns, and stops great! This could make a safe and dependable driver for someone who appreciates these old Volvos. I would keep it but need the hauling capacity of a wagon. The paint is original and there isn't any visible rust. There are a few scratches, dings, and clearcoat peeling on the roof. The rest of the paint looks immaculate. I tried to include photos of any flaws. The CarFax backs up the mileage and doesn't show any wrecks or issues. The original window sticker and owner's manuals are still with the car! This is a no reserve auction so it'll sell for the high bid. Payment is due within three days. Buyer is responsible for transporting and I can hold it for a week or two.
