Welcome to this reluctant auction for my Volvo C70 convertible 2.0l GT turbo automatic.
I have had this car for almost 3 years now and am only selling due to a new car purchase. If I could keep them both, I would, as I love this car and it has always been so reliable.
Great in all weathers, but really comes into its own when the sun comes out and the roof comes off!
4 brand new tyres less than 200 miles ago, MOT 25th July 2016.
Super reliable, rock solid 2.0l GT turbo engine. Never missed a beat and don't let the mileage put you off, this thing has another 100,000 miles in it is should have thought, so smooth and quiet. The auto box is silky smooth and you can cruise silently at motorway speeds all day with out any problems.
I'm sorry to say that since the pictures were taken, a colleague moved the car and dented the passenger door. I haven't been able to get to where the car is parked yet to take the picture of it. I have bought another door to go on, it will need painting, then just fitting straight on, buyer can have the door with car if they want, just wish he hadn't done it as I was about to sell it!
The car is parked up just outside Brentwood (at a friends house), as I have transferred the insurance to the new car and needed the space for the new car at home.
The reversing camera is staying on the car, but the stereo IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE PRICE. I will consider selling it to the buyer of the car for a sensible offer. I only included the picture of the stereo as it shows the reversing camera working. Stereo is a cd/dvd 7" motorised touch screen, bluetooth, aux audio in, aux video and audio in, additional monitor, a/v out, reversing camera in, digital tv receiver, satnav all in one. An awesome bit of kit, hence why I want to take it to the new car, but will consider sensible offers and leave it in the car, ready to go.
Air con all works as it should, nice and cool, heaters and heated seats all good too, all in all, a good stable reliable car that I am sorry to see go, I have loved having it and it is a lot of car for the money.
Any test welcome and please feel free to come and test drive, by appointment, as long as you bring with you proof of valid insurance if you want to drive, otherwise I will drive it. Cash on collection preferred, but can arrange bank transfer if required.
There is no HPI outstanding on this vehicle, I paid in full for it when I bought it nearly 3 years ago and I will include the HPI check that I had done on it when I bought it to prove that.
Sorry to say this, but please no tyre kickers. This is a genuine sale and I only want genuine people.
