Description
Quite high mileage but good condition overall. First owner used as executive chauffeur driven for Scottish MSP, then private owner, then dealership owner as daughter's private car then me (first volvo, first diesel automatic ).
Had since Feb 2015 and had oil & filters done by dealer, front pads, anti roll links and a front strut and mount and new power steering pump.
Selling as buying new car in less than 2 weeks so want better than the trade-in value.
Rides very well with no knocks (why links and strut replaced). 6 speed Tiptronic goes up and down gears. Engine revs well and pulls with plenty of torque and happy to be pushed on to cruising speeds. Air con is recharged and ice coldpump has slight whine but works perfectly.Heated leather (3 levels), works perfect and although well used not worn through or torn. All internal switches and electronics work. Auto lights and auto wipers and auto dip mirror. Cruise control spot on. 3 position memory driver seat.Paintwork good for 8 year old car few marks here and there (stone chips, odd scuff or small trolley ding).
Open to sensible offers - no swaps as buying new car and trade-in value silly low price!
No advisories on MOT. I have full V5.
In daily use so mileage will go up a little.
Gets me over 32mpg round town and about 50mpg on a 60mph run. Not bad for a 2.4 diesel! It's a higher mileage car so don't expect it to be perfect.
Test drivers MUST bring £3k CASH as a deposit and a certificate showing FULLY COMP for ALL VEHICLES, not just your car. Sorry - had bad experience with uninsured driver damaging car and walking away.
More than happy to take any prospective owner out for a run round local area evenings or weekends.
