Volvo V70 SE D5
I have for sale my Volvo V70 SE D5 which I have owned for over three years. The car is the best car I have owned and I am now a Volvo convert. It combines comfort, space and amazing reliability.
The car has the D5 2.4L engine, which has amazing power + great fuel economy. On a recent trip to Cumbria the car averaged over 48mpg and we didn't hang about.
The car had a recent service and MOT, where the cam-belt was changed and it had two new tyres.
The Good Points:
Great Spec - Leather heated, memory seats / Bluetooth phone system / CD multi-changerAmazing Engine - Fantastic fuel economy combined with power / speedLots of room - Huge boot + load coverVery Safe - It's a Volvo enough said.The Bad Points:
The brakes squeak - A the service it was noted the brakes had about 4000 miles left.Small scuff on roof - mark on tailgate caused by roof-boxMarks on wheels - The previous owners were an old couple who managed to scuff several of the wheels (nothing serious)
This is a great family car - it munches miles on the motorway and is extremely comfortable.
Despite the mileage, the car never misses a beat and this engine (2.4L) will easily go on for 250K miles.
There is a good amount of service history and it comes with a removable tow-bar.
