I am the second owner of this well maintained model. It has a good service history and I have just fitted new tyres and just had it serviced by the Volvo specialists Peer, Steve and team at G L T Cars in Capalaba who have looked after it for me since I purchased it in 2010.
It has always been run on 98 octane fuel and the 5 cylinder turbo powered engine just purrs, a good solid family wagon with nothing to spend. This is the legendary and rarer T5 V 70 which has the extra powefull turbo, a great asset when overtaking on single lane highways and not to be confused with the standard more slugish V 70. It also has nicely tinted windowsThe only reason I am selling it is I need a bigger 4WD drive to tow my recent large trailer boat purchase. There is no tow bar on this and never has been.The body has the usual dings from doors in car parks etc as well as the front bumper has paint loss where someone backed into me with a trailer tow hitch, these are all minor and could be repaired but they never worried me, I just concentrated on keeping all mechanicals fully serviced and up to date, it's not a show pony but is still a great looking car for it's age.It comes with a current roadworthy and is registered to October 2015.
