For sale a Volvo XC70 D5 SE AWD geartronic 2.4 diesel estate car finished in metallic blue. This 4 former owner car, first registered on 14th November 2002, with 145k on the clock, comes with a fully stamped comprehensive service history and a full mot until 13th January 2017. There are 16 stamps in the service book with the last service being carried out at 141,285 in June of 2015 so not needing another service until June of this year. The all important cam belt and tensioners were only just changed at 138k in February 2015 so no need to worry there for quite a while. Recent work on this car includes the rear brakes gone through and cleaned etc and adjusted to mot standard and both rear tie bar rubber bushes replaced. All this adds up to a full mot until January 2017 with the only advisory being nearside rear shock absorber having a slight misting of oil !! that's it.

All in all this is a fully loaded go anywhere Volvo with the legendary Volvo build quality. For a 13 year old car she drives spot on with no bangs rattles or smoke coming from her. The engine is nice and quiet and very responsive with the turbo kicking in when it should and pulls like a train! The gearbox is lovely and smooth and changes up and down the gears just as it should in any mode. You can either select auto or you can change gear yourself if you prefer. The brakes pull the car up very well and in a straight line and the handbrake is nice and tight and holds the car well. The tyres all have good tread left on them and they all match too. The exhaust is in good order and does not blow. The interior of the car is a lovely place to be with virtually an unmarked leather interior. There are no rips in the seats or nasty burns in the carpets either and the plastics are all un marked too. Of course its a Volvo so every button and switch works as it should including the pop up sat nav from the dash. The body work of the car again is in very good order and the paint work really shines up very well suggesting that this Volvo has not had a hard life. Yes there are the odd little age related mark here and there but that really is it nothing that detracts from the over all look of the car and very much in keeping with its age and mileage. The alloy wheels have very tiny curb marks to them and around the wheel nuts there is some slight corrosion but very presentable.
