Engine 29-K-RU-H/3044, Chasis H-BJ8-L/28412, and Body 73211 numbers matching car
per the attached British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate (NOTE THAT FOR REGISTRATION/TITLE PURPOSES CALIF ENTERED THE VIN WITHOUT THE DASHES AND SLASH AS HBJ8L28412 as 1965
Features: Red exterior with black leather interior
This car has had a restoration approximately 10 years ago and continued improvements and upgrades several years since. This is a car that you can enjoy driving immediately with pride.
Approximately only 9000 miles since restoration, odometer shows approximately 79,000
Engine: Completely removed, and restored to better than original including over sized bore, hardened cylinders to use today's unleaded gas, spin on oil filter. Rebuilt both carburetors. The engine starts immediately, runs cleanly without any smoke, and is a pleasure to drive. Upgraded ignition wires . Rebuilt radiator Added electric cooling fan on radiator
Pertronix Electronic ignition system- no points
Exhaust: Stainless Steel Exhaust -fantastic Healey sound
Transmission: Rebuilt and shifts smoothly. Electric overdrive gears work perfectly in 3rd and 4th gears
Underside: Annoying typical Healey leaks but nothing major
Brakes: New servo, good condition pads, recently installed new front disks
Clutch: Rebuilt. No slipping or other issues
Exterior: Great paint condition but not excellent, a few chips. New windshield and side glass
72 SPOKE CHROME wire wheels recently tuned with no imperfections . NEW Spinners
All other chrome is in good condition but the grill eye piece and grill surrounds have pin point imperfections
Tires in good condition
Interior: All in excellent condition with full LEATHER seats - not vinyl in excellent condition
No tears or marks in the leather or side panels. Excellent carpets and added heat insulation underneath
New Custom Mahogany steering wheel
Beautiful wood dash in good condition
The top, although newer, has a rip in the very lower part behind the driver and passenger sides and a small hole behind the passenger side
New trunk liner
New boot cover.
Recently tuned engine, carbs and lube
CLEAN TITLE. California registered
Stored in garage
