This 1976 Triumph 2500 TC is mechanically perfect as the previous owner spent thousands on her with Triumph specialist. The engine and gearbox were rebuilt with only 15k traveled since and the engine was rebuilt to run on unleaded fuel.
Drives beautifully as would be expected from the quality of the work carried out.
The interior is very nice with just a rip in the drivers seat squab (will provide new squab material to winning bidder)
Interior woodwork is good but could benefit from a re-varnish. Bodywork is straight with a few minor surface rust spots. A respray would bring back to showroom condition.
Spoke chrome wire wheels. Last registered April 2014.
The pictures do make the car look nice but inspection is advised so that you can see the paintwork has faded.
Comes with handbooks and workshop manual.
These cars are becoming extremely rare and ones such as this with perfect mechanics are almost impossible to find. This car can be used as it is or, give it a coat of paint to make it perfect.
Swap may be considered for similar condition car.
Allmechanical work was carried out by previous owner and I do not have thereceipts but, It was all done by the specialist listed below who wouldbe more than willing to give details if you require. I received the listbelow from the seller and as you can see, the engine/gearbox work wascarried out at 79223klm and it is now at 94000klm so, only 15k sincework was done.
