1978 Triumph Spitfire 1500.
We are listing this car for a friend who is selling off some of his cars. The car has show quality work done to the frame, suspension, brake system, engine and transmission. The engine and transmission were rebuilt, the engine turns easily by hand. The body is 99.9% rust free, and the previous owner collected the best body parts he could find. The car was completely disassembled, but has been assembled to show the parts it has and for ease of transport. The car has a hardtop, soft top frame with new soft top, convertible boot and fair weather cover. It has seats, door panels and miscellaneous parts.basically the car is complete. The wiring is in a box, and the car comes with many used duplicate parts, some new parts and extra body parts. If you come in person, you are welcome to all the extra parts, otherwise I will separate the parts that you wish to have put in the car. The car rolls and steers, brakes are not hooked up. This would be an easy/inexpensive parent/child project/hobby car. It also would make a nice track day/autocross car.
The car is sold as-is and as equipped. Payment is due in full within seven days of the end of the auction. Mileage is sold "exempt". Buyer is responsible for transportation and any taxes/fees.
