Description

This car has been through a body off the frame restoration. Body and panels had been sand blasted down to metal and refinished. New floor pans and battery box.
Rebuild TR4 engine. Good oil pressure and runs cool. Converted to alternator and negative earth. Electric fan on flushed and tested radiator. Hi torque starter. Carbs totally rebuilt and has grose jets.
New fuel tank. Electric fuel pump properly plumbed. New wiring harness front to rear.
I’ve been told the gearbox is also a TR4(synchro in a four gears) and it shifts well. Difficult getting into reverse.
Installed roll bar with modifications to accommodate a three point inertia belt system.
New ball joints and inner and outer tie rod ends. New Koni front shocks. Steering box is original and steers well, no wander.
All new brake hoses as well as well as new rear wheel cylinders and rebuilt front calipers. New tires with panasport look alike wheels.
New convertible top still in box. Good straight top frame. Have hard top in rough but restorable shape. Side curtains good shape but not refurnished.
I have performed all the work myself. Very good daily driver condition but still needs some finishing touches.
Need to sell. Have a ton of receipts that I have never totaled up. Didn’t want to hurt my feelings.
