Description
This car belonged to my late father and I have converted it from auto to manual for my daughter.
She has now lost interest in the project and has requested that I sell it.
The conversion on the car ceased about 4 years back but include:
new brake master cylinder. reconditioned (purchased) clutch master cylinder and slave.new suspension bushes. 4 speed overdrive box fitted. I have not sourced a switch for the gear knob and have not tested the OD operation yet. Genuine 14" mags as fitted to the S type and the Stag. Tyres are 60 Series Yokohama and road worthy. Genuine small diameter S type steering wheel fitted.Full gauge instrumentation believed to be S type.Twin HS6 SU carbs as fitted standard to S type have been reconditioned including re-bushing and new spindles.After market extractors.Clutch is good. Rear after market stabiliser bar supplied but not fitted. Central locking kit included - not fitted.Standard CD carbs, manifold and air cleaner included in the spare parts selection in the boot of the car.The upgrades over a standard auto TC cost well in excess of the initial auction starting price on this great project car.
